Calculated how many panels I would need? How much it would cost to install? How much I would save by installing? They help me with the loan processing. They did a great job. I want to commend Moises and A1A Solar, the installer for my home's rooftop solar system. A few days ago my app said the microinverters have stopped reporting. I called A1A and worked with Moises and together we tried several things and got the system rebooted and back to working. I called A1A Solar Contracting in search for some assistance on my installed SunPower solar system. Both the manufacturer and installating contractor of my system were no longer in business. Oliver from A1A responded. Even though he could not service my solar system, he was very effective in handling my situation with poise, tact, empathy, understanding, and honesty. Thanks to his experience and knowledge, I was able to hire someone that was familiar with my issues and could provide the necessary fixes. We installed 14 solar panels in around 2015, hoping it would make a difference in the electric bills for our 2000-sq-foot house. It has definitely done that. My electric bills are the envy of my neighborhood. The people at A1A have been helpful and responsive. My biggest issue with the solar panels has been that while they promise you a 25-year warranty on everything, I have found that there are components of the solar panel that drive their operation whose manufacturer has since gone out of business and those components cannot be replaced—either under or out of a warranty by A1A Solar. However, in terms of responsiveness and being easy to deal with, I have no complaints. Just had new and updated solar panels installed - they look amazing and were delivered on time and as promised. Workmanship was excellent. The two installers Yancy and Jkari worked tirelessly for the whole day carrying each panel up a 20ft ladder one by one. They were very professional, courteous and respectful. I even was visited by the owner Pete Wilkins, who made sure everything was delivered and installed correctly. Amazing company with great service!!
