The process was one of the worst experiences we have ever went through with a company. Nothing they said was true and once we signed the contract, they were nearly impossible to reach. My system was turned on, but I was never instructed how to use it. The Tesla Powerwall was drained and stop working 10 months ago. Multiple power outages and they never worked correctly. Found out the my installer went out of business and went bankrupt. I found A1A Solar Consultant Company on the web and contacted Jay. Nothing but great reviews and after not getting any help anywhere, this was my last resort. Jay was amazing at troubleshooting and letting me know my issue. The Powerwall started working after 10months and everything is working correctly. Thank you to A1A Solar and Jay for all the help. My investment after 3 years of not working properly is now up and running beautifully. Thank you so very much. Also, I was able to switch my entire service over to them as maintainers.
