A1A Solar will be participating in the 2022 Right Whale Festival at booth 48 in celebration of the annual return of endangered North Atlantic right whales. The 2022Right Whale Festival will be held Saturday, Nov 5, 2022, 10 am-6 pm, and Sunday, Nov 6, 2022, 10 am-3 pm at Main Beach Park, Fernandina Beach.
The Right Whale Festival commends the annual return of endangered North Atlantic right whales to the warm coastal water off northeast Florida and Georgia, where they give birth to and nurse their young. With less than 350 remaining, it’s essential we prepare this ocean nursery for these young right whales which are vital to this species’ recovery. Join us in celebrating the right whales while learning how you can help prepare the calving grounds and protect the right whales! The festival highlights local efforts to protect these whales from extinction, as well as ocean-themed activities and exhibits that emphasize education and environmentally responsible adventures and products.
