Everything looked professionally done and beautiful at the end. This was a life goal for our family to be able to have clean energy and I am very happy we chose A1A Solar to do it. I was notified today by Jerome from A1A Solar that there was an issue with my system, it had not reported for a couple of days. After some research we discovered that my WiFi extender hat quit functioning. I was able to replace it and after checking the system he advised me that everything was working properly. It was so nice to hire A1A solar to do all the replacements in the repairs. Moises worked with us to figure out what was going wrong? Did all the repairs in a timely professional manner. I assumed those were either taken care of or there would not be any. We have had the system for less than two years and have now had two issues, the latest one cost us 450 dollars for a one hour service call. After 2 years of bad service, with Titan solar. A1A, took over my solar. Fixed it correctly first time out, and fixed system so both batteries are working. So Titan, rip off solar never completed a contract. IE, my solar was not functioning correctly for 2 years. Now with, Jay, and the well knowledgeable technicians. My system is up running and diagnosed properly. A RARITY in the buisness world. In a nutshell, we decided to go solar on our new house before the tax credit ran out. I did my due diligence on researching and picked 3 companies to check out. Without mentioning the other 2, A1A was the clear choice, hands down. First of all Pete, the owner called me right away, next he came to our house with a personalized presentation, next, I decided to go with financing, and today the panels and the powerwall were installed. All the way through this process, all questions were answered in a clear, professional and understandable way. Anyway, today Tyler, Macon, J’Kari, and Yancy arrived two of them up and down on the roof and two electricians installing the powerwall. These four were cheerful, efficient, hardworking and seemed proud of the company they worked for. We could also hear them laughing and enjoying each other! Pete, the owner came by and spent time explaining everything to us and supporting his team. All in all, if you're thinking of solar, this is the company that will take you from start to finish in an upfront and professional manner.
